Happy Saturday!
Thursday night at 8 pm, it was 80 degrees, and I was out in the field playing with Trixie in shorts and sandals. Then Friday I was going to the store
wrapped in a coat while a cold rain pelted on me. What a difference 12 hours can make.
The same is true of your health. It can seem 'fine' one day and then the next day challenges come.
Yet, typically these challenges don't come unannounced, they have a trail and it is a blood trail.
When we know our blood work and check it often, we can learn our normal levels, and when numbers are rising or falling at the wrong time.
That is why I have come to love Dr Jae Hitson's new Exploratory Blood Panels.
And I am excited to hear the testimonies from many of our Biblical Nutrition family as they have learned what they are doing great and what needs to be improved.
This means we are getting that
inside view - a peek into our life - and seeing what is truly happening.
So many have asked how this process works, so I wanted to share it today.
Here are the steps to get your blood work done with Exploratory Blood Panels:
- Visit this website and sign up. When you sign up, the fee is $397. That is an amazing discount, since most of the time I have ordered these in the past for over $500 and did not get 30 minutes of time with Dr Hitson. She is doing us a great favor.
- Then you will make an appointment with the closest LabCorp in your area.
- Fast overnight from food, caffeine drinks and any flavors. Drink a lot of water.
- When you show up for your test at Labcorp, there will not be any need to pay any more money. Your order is in the system. They will ask what doctor your order is under and you say: Dr Hitson. They will find your orders and know what
to draw.
- When the results are in, Dr Hitson's staff will email you the results and ask for you to schedule an appointment for Dr Hitson.
- Print your results so you have them ready for your consult with Dr Hitson.
- It might be best, but not required to have someone else with you to listen in and take notes. Dr Hitson will share a lot of information and it is very
valuable.
- Follow her suggestions for any dietary or supplemental changes.
- Then retest in 6 months to see your progress!!!
