How are things this week? So, many of you were asking how you would actually turn stress into "Eustress" (especially those with coaching clients!). So this week I'm sharing a 4 step process on how to turn our distress into an opportunity for self-development:
I have been using this process myself, and by journaling got some great ideas for reducing my own stress which have been
extremely helpful (one was so simple: set a timer and take an hourly break from my work and go outside!).
