How was your May? This week we're taking a look at something you've likely experienced at some point: Tall Poppy
Syndrome.
It's perfect timing because I've recently been getting to know someone. And she would say "I'm too confident" whenever she
shared a goal or achievement.
Yes she's confident, but rightly so! She's accomplished and good at her job. Yet she's also aware she has a lot to learn, talks openly about the people she admires and is aware of her flaws.
Surely then this is just "confidence"? What would make this brilliant woman repeatedly say she is "too confident"? Well, the answer might be found in this week's article:
