How are things with you? So this week, get our annual Halloween Journal prompts (printable).

This is possibly my favourite resource. While I play with macabre (love that word!) phrasing***, these questions go deep and help you explore what you've abandoned in yourself, what to let go of, what you need to 'bring back to life'—and more.

Inspired by Women Who Run With the Wolves by the fabulous Clarissa Pinkola Estés, I set aside an evening to explore these prompts every year!
