I've been struggling to focus. But there's always so much to do when you run your own business so I'd been pushing myself hard. And then I noticed I was feeling sad—for no obvious reason. So I sat down and did some journaling...

...And realised I'd slipped back into old habits. These days I have a powerful value of ease/simplicity. Yet I was multi-tasking and pushing to get things done. I was NOT living my values. Once I realised this I felt instantly better—because I knew self-kindness was on the way and that I would bring myself back into alignment with my values.
