Interestingly, while living my values is something I thought I was 'good' at, there was a useful 'surprise' for me: an action to go to bed earlier. It's funny how when I most need my health and energy, I go to bed late (and make things worse!). Also as a result of this
exercise I finally booked myself into a meditation retreat I had been dithering about going on...
