So, what I've noticed in 15+ years of coaching is that people who are 'successful' and happy have a lot of what I call "stick-to-it-iveness".
That's why the "Fierce" in Fierce Kindness is about more than just courage or strength. It's also about determination and perseverance - keeping going when the going gets tough. Because this is essential if you want to create a life you love!
Now, whilst I don't believe that for something (or ourselves!) to be worthwhile we must work super-hard (this is a myth that can prevent us from enjoying life), there is a LOT to be said for sticking to something and seeing it all the way through.
Most people simply give up way too early. As Dr. Wayne Dyer said, "It's never crowded along the extra mile."
Sometimes pushing ourselves that little bit harder, trying again is a form of kindness. A kindness to our goals, our future and to our hopes and dreams.
So, I would love for you to be "Fierce" and make the time to use this Action Planner monthly to plan out your next steps towards the life you really want.
