How are your 2020 goals coming along? Have you found that you've lost energy for your goals as everyday life - and busyness - exerts its pull?
Well, one powerful way to re-energize your goals is to connect to your life vision. Think of it this way: your life vision is how your life will be once you've achieved your goals, while your
goals are the plan you make - the route - to get there.
It's like organizing a holiday. It's your vision of what that holiday will be like that propels you to make the time to research flights, make decisions, formulate a plan and ultimately spend your hard earned cash to make it happen.
So, if you want some extra motivation for your goals, connect to your life vision, desires and wishes! Because this vision or picture of the life you're moving towards is what keeps you going when the going gets tough...

And here are 5 questions to ponder or journal around to go deeper:
- What do you desire or yearn for in your life?
- How do you want to feel?
- What do you really, really want to be different in your life?
- What would have happened in 3 years time such that your life is spectacular and you feel magnificent about yourself?
- What's your dream for this lifetime? Imagine you're 90 years old and looking back over your life; what did you do that made you proud and happy?
