Well, I would ask how you're doing - in the hope that things are slowly improving, but I'm not sure they are!
Depending on where you are in the world, restrictions may be loosening - but the messages we're getting are confusing and unclear. And for some the situation is still getting worse. We can now clearly see that people (and countries) with less money and fewer resources are being hit hardest. This crisis is highlighting social inequities...
So. Last week we looked at "Liminality" - the idea that being "in limbo" is the central (literally the middle) stage in any crisis. And we also talked about there being no "guides" to help us through; our leaders have little more idea than we do about what to do next - and how to "come out" of lockdown.
Not very comforting.
And yet. If you're reading this, the chances are you have more resources than many people in the world. We have a lot we can choose to be thankful for.
So I thought it might help - and be uplifting - to share our collection of inspirational quote images with you! Grab the ones you like - and share if you feel so inspired 💖
And for another upbeat idea, in case you didn't see the Vision Board article link within last week's article, why not create a Vision Board for how you'd like your life to be Post-COVID?
Coming up, I plan to share articles about the myriad benefits of solitude, how to set boundaries, more helpful non-fiction books to read and making a plan for the specific changes you'd like to make to your life once some 'normality' returns.
And as mentioned, if there are any topics you'd like me to cover, let me know.
