How are you doing this week?
I've been noticing that while a part of me is enjoying the extra time I have and the simplicity of working, cooking, eating and gardening (my life at the moment), I'm also feeling sad that I can't see my friends in person, get a hug, go out for dinner - all those "normal" things we're used to.
I know there's a good reason for all this, and I also keep thinking what it must be like for people who can't work and need the money, who are worried about sick loved ones, are stuck in an apartment in a city or who live in a slum somewhere.
To be honest, I'm a bit tired of "COVID this" and "COVID that". Yet, what else are we supposed to talk - and write - about?
This week I've developed an article on how to take care of our "negative" feelings. Our feelings show us who we are - our reaction to what's happening in our world.
And while it IS important to focus on the "positive", it's equally (if not more) important to also acknowledge the "negative". I hope you like this:
