How are you doing this week?
I've found I'm noticing things. A lot. While a part of me is enjoying the simplicity of just working, cooking, eating and gardening, I'm also feeling sad that I can't see my friends in person, get a hug or go out for dinner - all those "normal" things we're used to.
These things we observe about ourselves right now are very important! We are in this incredible - literally 'unbelievable' - situation, and it gives us a perspective on our world we would never willingly create for ourselves.
So, having been thrown into it, how can we make the best of it?
