How are things going? This week I had lots to get done, but I was much, much calmer than usual. So what was different?
Well, because I knew it might get stressful, I kept checking in, stayed connected to myself and used "nature" to calm me. I looked out of the window often, took mini-breaks in our yard and we ate all our meals outside. I've got tons done, but didn't get stressed like I usually would!
It worked so well that I'm sharing these tips - as a final "Ode to Earth Day". I hope these inspire you:
