How is August going for you? As mentioned, I recently realised that in trying so hard to squeeze everything in over the summer (including relaxing) I was getting stressed. Oh the irony!
And what keeps coming up for me is that the easiest way to relax is simply to slow down....

Remember that without noticing, nothing changes. The first step in personal growth is always an awareness of pain. Feeling stressed, wishing things were different, noticing a difficulty etc. is the first step "out of the matrix". So even if all you do is notice an issue, this kickstarts your inner processes to figure out a solution
