Maryland Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan
As required by law, the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is updating the statewide Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP), in conjunction with the Maryland

After completing an existing conditions analysis, MDOT will conduct stakeholder and public outreach in spring 2023 to help define specific elements and
initiatives to include in the BPMP. All are encouraged to take the public survey available on the project website.
An online public meeting will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 6 p.m. ET and an in-person event at the Howard County Green Fest will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023. More information is available at 2050marylandbpmp.com.
