Hello Love,
Do you feel indulgent or somehow guilty for taking time for yourself?
Do you talk yourself out of your desires because of what other people will think, or what you think you should be doing instead?
One of the biggest things that
holds even successful women back is the false belief that they have to be everything to everyone. Which leaves us little time for ourselves at the end of the day.
Even worse, over long periods of time, the compounding effects negatively impact our physical and emotional health. Whether it be injuries from moving too fast or unconsciously, to unprocessed stress, anxiety and depression, there are
real consequences to putting ourselves and our wellbeing last in priority.
I know I have fallen into this cycle in my past, and I imagine you may have too. Regardless of whether you’re in it now, or have found a healthy balance of self care / soul nourishment, the key to staying in balance depends on consistency, and a little variety.
I’m delighted to be a
speaker in the upcoming Healthy Body Happy Life series, hosted by my coaching colleague Sloan. In this series you’ll hear top wellness voices share their various techniques on how successful women heal anxiety naturally, step into self empowerment, feel free in their body to be fully expressed, and accomplish happier results.
If anxiety has ever held you back from being who you really are or living the life
you really want, this series is for you.
