Two more earthquakes were reported in South Texas town

A magnitude 3.9 earthquake hit around 2 a.m. Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey says. A second was recorded minutes later.

FALLS CITY, Texas — Two earthquakes were reported in the last 24 hours in Falls City, Texas, a town about 10 miles northwest of Karnes City.

A magnitude 3.9 earthquake hit around 2 a.m. Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey says. Another earthquake, this one of magnitude 2.9, hit around 30 minutes later in the same general area. 

The U.S Geological Survey says reports came in that the strongest quake could be felt in the San Antonio area. This comes after a 3.5 magnitude earthquake was reported on Thursday in Falls City.
