From the friendly caves of Pixie Hollow.

Today, 13 ways to use content to pyss off your clients:
  1. Send them vouchers for your next sale just after they bought something at full price.
  2. Tag them with a pixel so every purchase they make appears in ads in every other website.
  3. Email them news about your business that they don't care about.
  4. Use exclamation marks instead of learning how to write enthusiastically.
  5. Create videos exclusively, and never ever include transcripts or captions.
  6. Hide your phone number and email address on your website, and force visitors into messy "online communities".
  7. Contact them every single day with one-off sales promotions.
  8. Send them SMS without asking permission first.
  9. Keep emailing them after they've unsubscribed.
  10. Require them to complete onboarding forms that are 15 pages long and take an hour, and don't auto-save.
  11. Fail to maintain your website so that it's bulky, slow, and ridiculous.
  12. Greet them as 'bro'.
  13. Ensure that all images you use are super large and take up all the real estate.
If you do all of these things, you'll find yourself with a bank of disgruntled customers.

So, do the opposite.

Or, better, get on the blower and discuss your unique situation to get some ideas about how you might be able to engage them, ignite them, light them up, and make them happy.
