Whatever you're doing in your communications, you've created a stasis quo.
That is:
A situation that you've effectively templated. And in templating have ground to a standstill.
You'll never achieve anything substantial if you keep it there and simply play it along.
So, try these ways of challenging your stasis:
1. Write short, dumb, personal letters (kinda like I do! LOL)
2. Get rid of your branded templates.
3. Develop an "answered within 3 rings" rule for all communications, then test it for a week.
4. Send your next offer inside a helium balloon, and print on the outside that they have to burst the balloon to get it. Make the balloon so gorgeous the recipient really won't want to burst it, but the offer so tantalizing that they want to. Oooh.
5. Post a QR code to all of your customers, which links to some amazing gift just because.
6. Next time you send a thank you note, write it in verse.
7. Give up social media for 90 days. Including social and search advertising! Use that time to come up with new ways of connecting.
8. Give every team member a no-questions-asked budget of $600 and tell them to bring in 10 new clients. Then let them do whatever they want to do. Measure the result at the end.
So many ways.
So little time.
What are you going to do? Reply and let me know.
