The Wari Ruins in Peru

The Wari Ruins are mysterious and weird. It looks like a crime scene without a clue as to what took place there. It's located in the south east part of Peru. In June 2021 Christen stayed on for another 2 weeks as I went back to New York. The Wari Ruins was one of the places she planned, but she was not sure, based on the few videos out there, if it was going to have enough at the park to stir the imagination like the megalithic ruins of Cusco and Ollantaytambo...and as the taxi brought her to the ruin's front gate, it was a Peruvian holiday and the ruins were Closed to the public!!

BUT the park attendants had pity on her and not only let her descend 40ft. underground (see photo below) But afterwards they took her to places no one can normally go. (They were bored I think)
