Take notice that, in accordance with its bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF GIFT PLANNERS will be held as follows:

TIME: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET
LOCATION: Zoom Meeting
The business of the meeting is to:
- Approve the minutes of the June 15, 2022 Annual General Meeting;
- Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2022;
- Appoint the Auditors for 2023 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration; and
- Elect Directors
