Last week we sent you an email inviting you to share your input on membership with CAGP. If you have already completed this survey, we thank you very much for your participation.

Survey results will be collected and analyzed to be presented in summary form to our National Board of Directors, the CAGP Foundation, program committees and local Chapter Executives. This survey is anonymous, though you will have the opportunity to leave your contact information to request follow up regarding some of our questions and/or to be entered into a draw for a $250 national education credit. Your contact information will only be collected for these purposes and will not be associated with other responses to questions asked.
