Notice of Annual General Meeting by Electronic Means
Take notice that, in accordance with its bylaws, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF GIFT PLANNERS will be held as follows:
DATE: Thursday, May 16, 2024
TIME: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET
LOCATION: Zoom Meeting
The business of the meeting is to:
- approve the minutes of the May 18, 2023 Annual General Meeting;
- receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2023;
- appoint the Auditors for 2024 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration; and
- ratify amendment to CAGP’s Bylaws; and
- elect Directors.
