Tucson Festival of Books, March 12th and 13th on the campus of the University of Arizona

Are you looking for ways to promote and grow your club’s membership? We are seeking volunteers from Tucson area clubs to help at the District 3 Toastmasters booth #226.
This is an opportunity for your club members to volunteer at our booth. We will be handing out Toastmasters information, talking about Toastmasters, and information about visiting local clubs whether in-person, hybrid or virtual.
We have 2-hour slots available for one or two members from your club to join us. We’ll have Toastmasters brochures, flyers, pens and sticky pads and a listing of Tucson area clubs with meeting locations and times for club visitors. You are welcome to bring club flyers to hand out as well.
A QR code will be available for anyone from the event who would like to check our webpage.
Saturday, March 12:
9 am to 11 am
11 am to 1 pm (1 spot taken)
1 pm to 3 pm
3 pm to 5 pm
5:30 pm cleanup
Sunday, March 13:
9 am to 11 am (2 spots taken)
11 am to 1 pm
1 pm to 3 pm
3 pm to 5 pm
