thinking about growing as an individual and professionally.

When we get older, we start counting birthdays differently. In a way, we fall into the old proverb, "Time is short." When I spontaneously passed my birthday, number 72, a few weeks ago, I started wondering how long I had left until my soul would head for a new and different destination.

Instead of immersing myself in a destiny over which I have no, or at least limited, control, why not improve my life now and today? No matter from which angle you try to approach the task, if you are serious with your intent, it all boils down to the first necessary step:

Step out of your comfort zone!

Time is short, but it will be even shorter if you remain in your comfort zone. Age is a very common excuse to accept to remain in your comfort zone.
