We had a wonderful time visiting our Wisconsin family last week. We haven't been there in almost 2 years. Being a distant grandma is a tough one sometimes, especially during a
pandemic. It was terrific watching the kids play soccer, baseball/T-ball, ride their bikes, catch frogs, and so much more. We saw our daughter's new house and got to give out hugs. What a delight!
My Story
A few years ago, I was very ill. I ended up in the hospital flat on my back for five days following a "moderate" heart attack. My everything hurt. I really mean that. My joints. My heart. My muscles. My gut. They all hurt.
It took me awhile, but I realized that the food I was eating was causing my health problems. By keeping a food journal, listing the foods and symptoms I experienced, I slowly began to heal.
I'm happy to say, I am now healthy and my pain has disappeared. And I lost 40 pounds without dieting. Because I didn't need a "diet." I needed to eliminate the foods that my body was reactive to.
Maybe my method will help you and your loved ones, too. What do you think?
I believe so. That's why I created It Ain't Just The Diet Food Journal—A Daily Guide To Finding & Managing Your Food Allergies.
Stay happy,
Lois
