Blueberries Are Versatile
You may only think of blueberries as a dessert or to eat freshly picked from the bush. I admit, I eat them in desserts or muffins whenever I can. But I also love them on my oatmeal and in salads.
They are a "super food," providing you with excellent nourishment. They help with heart health, cancer prevention, diabetes management and blood pressure stabilization. They are high in Vitamins C & K.

Life Is Too Short To Hurt!
For National Wellness Month I suggest you pick up a copy of my new book to help you figure out what might be causing some of your aches and pains.
If you're like me, you have probably tried a lot of diets. But I have not had lasting success with them. Have you?
Instead, I developed a food journal, kept track of what I ate and what symptoms I experienced until I discovered what was making me hurt. And what was making my body hold onto extra weight. My food journal worked for me. It might work for you, too.
What do you think?
