How about Cinnamon Sugar Rice instead? When I was a kid, there was no such thing as a microwave. I know. I'm really old, huh?
And being from the "North," Rice Pudding wasn't something my family made. But we did have something my mom called Cinnamon Sugar Rice.
It's one of my most visited recipes. I still love it and so does everyone who eats it. Just 4 ingredients if you top it with milk.
