Today is National Pecan Day. I think you might like this Sweet Potato Pecan Salad recipe. Sure, I know. Most people celebrate pecans with Pecan Pie, but I wanted to give you something different.

This salad is made with roasted sweet potatoes, toasted pecans, a little red onion and a molasses dressing. And oh, my goodness, is it good!
