We’ve all had conversations with someone who is so consumed with airing their opinions and feelings that you can’t get a word in otherwise. It’s all about THEM, they take up all the space with their opinions and there is no room for YOUR thoughts, opinions or feelings. Not only is this frustrating, it’s actually very damaging to the relationship because relationship is built on genuine connection and mutuality.
