It's been so quiet, have you noticed? I feel like I have really been catching up on a lot of time of self reflection and quiet. A lot of time to just be. I think that was a big reason why this all happened. We all needed to go within and since we were so preoccupied with life, the universe decided to intervene - as per usual when we don't heed the signs.

 

I've been out the last few nights around 2 or 3 am looking at the stars and it's so quiet. No one is out & with the recent new moon, the sky has been this midnight black. The energy on the planet is changing so rapidly. Reality seems so fluid compared to what it used to be. As the vibrational frequency of the earth continue's to raise we are constantly lifted into higher and higher dimension of thought, dimensions of perception, dimensions of feeling emotion - i'm pretty sure Kansas came and went and was a metaphor for the home within our heart center and todo is actually our subconscious mind or spirit guide, per 2020.  

 

So what do we do? How do we stay grounded on such seemingly unstable ground? Meditation is what keeps me sane. But, also it's important that we expand our consciousness which expands our awareness. When we can see more of the picture clearly, it's easier to stay centered because we aren't worried about something sneaking up and catching us off guard.
