Most owners destroy their business without realizing they’re doing it.

- Solving Problems as They Come: Running a business should NEVER be a game of Whack-a-Mole. If you have to solve problems as they pop up, you are caught
in a cycle that will never lead to growth.
- Having No Idea How to Increase Revenue: This is a big one. You might know how you got to your current revenue, but if you don’t know how you are going to grow it, you’re in big trouble. Any business that isn’t growing is shrinking.
