Are you willing?
If I were to ask you if you want to become a more powerful and confident version of yourself, which will lead to better relationships, financial success, and health, I imagine you might say, yes.
Most people do.
Despite a positive answer, many people choose not to take the first step in
actually committing to it.
You, or anyone, have to be ready to do it on all, or even just some, levels.
Unfortunately, some people choose to wait until they are at a "rock bottom", after they lost or are close to losing something in their lives,
Your evolution does not have to depend on any dire circumstances.
You just need to be willing.
Deciding to step into mass transformation and growth means you have to push past excuses, which are usually- "time" and money as well as one of fear, which is usually unconscious.
I'll touch on time and money in a future newsletter and address the bigger one of fear here.
You might wonder why anyone would be afraid to evolve, but it really does happen.
People have a general desire to remain safe and have most aspects of life to be predictable.
This is especially prevalent if you grew up with any sort of abuse, which can include the pressure to succeed athletically, academically, and socially.
Creating certain behaviors
and habits can lead to the feeling of predictability and safety, even though it limits one's experience and even might not actually be the most healthy or beneficial.
Some people, maybe even yourself, have a hard time letting go of old patterns and ways of
operating because you experienced some external success, even though it was accompanied with a lot of internal anguish.
Changing patterns and challenging oneself can be threatening to not having this "success", whether it is professional accomplishment,
notoriety, financial, or social, to name a few.
All of those things feed the ego and some people go their entire lives searching for the fuel to keep it going.
If you do or used to go through life with a high amount of stress, whether you were successful or not, then your fear was leading the way.
I personally know this very well.
There is a much more beneficial way.
I can also tell you from my experience that when you commit to your evolution and are ready to challenge yourself and your belief system, it is completely liberating.
It's not all rainbows and unicorns along the way though...it's a challenging process and you have to go through your shadow side in order to see yourself with more light.
You eventually unplug from
"The Matrix" and find yourself able to do more with your mind and body.
You maneuver through all the challenges life brings with more balance and true confidence.
You step into a new sense of power because you no longer are driven by fear, and you know that stepping into your discomfort makes you more powerful.
You are no longer attached to the behaviors and habits that no longer serve you.
You become the limitless badass you are meant to be.
You deserve it!
And I want to help you on your journey.
This October, I'm slashing the price of my virtual coaching sessions and also am offering an option to sign up for one call at a time, rather than paying for a longer-term coaching program.
