I am the publisher of the international USA journal Telehealth and Medicine Today (THMT). The journal is read in 104 countries. THMT examines the value of telehealth and clinical automation from medical, technical, policy, economic and strategic perspectives in order to educate healthcare providers, leaders and innovators around the globe.
Experience and implications with COVID have opened new opportunity and growth for digital health and telehealth in Latin America. We believe there is significant potential to launch a local language edition in Portuguese, Spanish and English for the Latin American marketplace, for all stakeholders to read and contribute. It will include global original research, research from Latin
America, and local content unique to you in your market.

The journal is indexed in nine databases and is endorsed by the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), IEEE-SA and ISfTeH. We expect a PubMed index by the end of the year and are in phase 2 of the Web of Science review.
Society memberships include COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition, DORA, ICMJE, Research Data Alliance (RDA), STM Association and Wellcome.org (sharing COVID-19 research data).
We have several top Spanish speaking editors on our board and are adding more across Latin America. (If you have a recommendation, please let me know and we will invite them to join.)
We will not charge authors for their articles. We will not charge a subscription to read it. It will be free to all. We would like to launch the first issue September 2022 and will publish 4 issue per year. In between we will build loyalty for the journal with emails, webinars, podcasts, more endorsements from Latin America, etc.
