July is flying by, yea? I can't believe it!! But I'm feeling such a rush after an amazing retreat in Florida with our coaching crew! This week was Beachbody's virtual Summit, complete with live workouts with the super trainers, trainings, announcements, and more! Live in-person workouts bring such incredible energy and are prob my fave part of our events.
I love this company and what it stands for, and I'm so grateful for a business opportunity from home that I can do alongside my babies. Don't forget to utilize the nutrition programs included in your BOD! They are invaluable! The videos will guide you through how it all works, examples, shopping and more...plus there are recipes and meal plans. Just go into BOD, and to the Nutrition Center! And don't be afraid to rewatch things after you've completed them....a refresher is always beneficial.

Reminder:
If you're new or if you have fallen off the band wagon, here's a few tips I have for you.
-Its ok to feel anxious when starting or re-starting something that is out of your comfort zone
-Fear is normal along with hesitation! Your brain is trying to warn you of the unknown, because its wired that way! Imagine back in the day if we were to see a dark cave, a spike of fear would over come us to keep us SAFE. But we are going to be safe on this new journey, you have to remind yourself that
-Have a plan, print off the workout calendar you're going with, do the nutrition program IN FULL (tracker & lessons).
-Make your mindset a priority. I have recently posted a personal development reading list in our BODgroups file section, please go check that out and snag yourself a book (audible works great too). Because IF your mind isn't on track with your goals… then in a couple weeks from now, I might be having to go hunt you down ;) Also the PDF is linked below for your convenience.
PURCHASE a personal development book to set your mindset right with a new routine of renewing your mind! Or you can go check out your local library to see if they have these books as well.

Along with our android users, just go ahead and use the BOD app to log your food the digital way!
If you are a pen n paper sort of person, the 2bmindset tracker is sent to you in the challenge pack or if you're eager before it arrives you can download it from the program materials!
If you're needing numbers and a total tally of calories type of person then there are a lot free apps out there and a popular one is myfitnesspal!
Whatever you do, tracking will give you a way to look back at your week and indicate how you can improve.
No one is perfect, but we all do our best every day! You've got this!
