You’ll devote three days to strength training. Jennifer knows the best jobs keep you challenged, so each strength workout features a different structure to help you make progress and build strength without adding bulk.
You’ll also have one day of endurance cardio and one day of HIIT to help build your stamina, improve your energy, and dial-in the fat burn.
Jennifer is famous for her amazing motivation in the gym, and especially on the bike.
So, as a bonus, Job 1 also includes four 20-minute indoor cycling workouts — a first for any Beachbody programme!
They’re totally optional, but if you have a stationary bike at home — you can choose to do these workouts on your cardio days to add variety to your routine.
On top of that, we plan on releasing five bonus workouts after launch, so keep an eye out!
Four of them focus on a specific muscle group, while the last one is an additional recovery routine for days when you feel like you could use the extra stretch and mobility work.

As you prepare for company this holiday season, you’ll want these granola bars on hand!
These chewy, kid-friendly bars are the ideal grab-and-go
treat to have on hand a sudden snack attack hits. Store-bought breakfast favorites can be loaded with refined sugars, preservatives, and other less-than-healthy ingredients. These little beauties are tart and savory, thanks to the addition of cranberries, walnuts, and cinnamon. They would be great on a platter in your kitchen or individually wrapped in your car for your next road trip!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup low-fat
granola
1 cup dry old-fashioned rolled
oats
½ cup whole-wheat
flour
1 tsp. ground
cinnamon
1 large egg,
beaten
1 cup unsweetened
applesauce
¼ cup raw
honey
½ cup dried
cranberries
½ cup walnuts,
chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Combine granola, oats, flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Combine egg, applesauce, and honey in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Add oat mixture to egg mixture; mix until just blended.
- Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Spread mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until firm.
- Cut into 18 bars.

I wasn’t looking for coaching, but when it kinda just happened, I dappled in it for a while cause I loved my photography work.
But then 2 kids later, I had to pull back to part-time photography and was crazy grateful for the coaching opportunity.
I won’t lie, I almost quit so many times...almost listened to the haters so many times...prayed for clarity...is this what I’m meant to be doing?
It’s like this: if you are in alignment with what the Lord wants for you, things are a lot clearer. And I’ve had so much clarity lately.
You may be reading this thinking this could be the missing piece.
Cause while I do stand by our programs and products, it’s about so much more than that. And building my own little community of women who wanna make an impact is where my heart is <3
