is a program that started as a kernel of a dream in my brain over a year ago, and after countless hours of
drafts and redrafts, and with the incredible help of a kick-ass group of women
taking part in a 6-week pilot trial, that dream has finally come to fruition.
Six Weeks to Strong 💪
is ready for prime time! It is designed to arm women with the information you need to have more control over your pelvic health
, and specifically,
more control over bladder leakage with coughing and sneezing
. And all from the comfort and convenience of home.
Through weekly live Zoom classes, learn how to progressively strengthen and coordinate your pelvic floor muscles so you can confidently sneeze, cough or laugh without worrying about leakage.

Who: If you are a woman who has any leakage when you sneeze, cough, laugh, yell, stand or exercise, then this challenge is for you. Classes are not strenuous, and are appropriate for people of all ages and fitness levels. (Must be 18 years of age or older.) Class is capped at 16 participants to ensure each person gets personal attention.
What: This 6-week course will teach you simple, personalized, progressive exercises to strengthen and protect your pelvic floor, as well as essential healthy bladder habits to help you transform your bladder health. In less than 15 minutes per day, build a strong, resilient pelvic floor to help you get back in control.
Where: Online! Attend weekly online live Zoom instruction, where you will learn your Exercise of the Week, your Healthy Bladder Habit of the week, and get all your pelvic health questions answered. Recordings of classes will be available for those who cannot make the class.
When: First Zoom class starts Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:00 pm CDT. Each class is approximately 30-45 minutes long.
Privacy: Rest assured your privacy will be protected throughout the Fitness Challenge.😊 You are in complete control of your level of participation, including during Zoom classes.
