One of the most heartwarming parts of my job is getting to be part of the thoughful gifts you give to your loved ones. As a full time working
artist, I also rely heavily on the income from this gifting season. So, imagine my huge disappointment yesterday, when my website link abruptly stopped working for about half of my customers! (EEEK!)
Y'all, the truth is I'm MUCH better at carving block prints than I am at resolving IT issues, but I worked super hard yesterday trying to get this issue solved for us. The tech support folks are stumped as to why the link stopped working in the first place, but I'm choosing to tell myself that my
customers are just so supportive you CRASHED THE SITE :). Way to go guys. I think we found a fix, and I know it's working for many of you because I'm recieving your orders. I've been told that for some folks it could take up to 48 hours for the fix to work. So, if you're still experiencing website problems, scroll down for my plan to get your gifts to you on time.
I've also extended my reccomended order deadline to Saturday, December 17th, to give y'all an extra day to shop. If you scroll down, you'll see an update on what prints I still have in stock.
