Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act.
Dear Valued Intermediary,
With effect from 1 July 2021 we will be implementing additional security measures to keep personal information safe.
We’ll no longer send you emails that include personally identifiable information in the body of the email and we will be password protecting all attachments that include personal information
of Policyholders.
This means you will have to open these attachments with a password, which will be the broker house code.
This will ensure that we are compliant with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act.
We ask that you bear with us during this transition period.
