What if we saw 𝗝𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗬 (envy, comparison, procrastination, worry, etc.) as a signal or a wake-up call, rather than something to avoid?
However, 𝗝𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗬 can also tell us a thing or two about ourselves and our needs.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗬 (or any other tough emotion) 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
When learning how to cope with tough emotions, we (me included) need a plan.
A plan that will inspire us to tap into our inner confidence,
embrace the concept of self-care and
evaluate our options for overcoming whatever it is that is holding us hostage😧.
How does a plan help?
Planning aids in building intentional routines that tame a life of chronic stress, overwhelm and indecision.
Planning (when done correctly) has a spiraling effect.
