In life, there are statements, advisories, and warnings!
Think about it...
We all know that our
eating habits
lifestyle choices
relationships
emotional wellness
and the like make an ENORMOUS difference in our
ability to be our best selves.
We all are familiar with those statements, advisories, and warning signs we get when things are
- out of whack
- off kilter
- chaotic
- messed up
But, do we listen?
Are we prepared?
Do we have a plan?
When we prepare for inclement weather and have regular disaster drills for when life becomes unstable, it reduces the casualties.
Those who have a viable plan for facing life's uncertainties fair much better than those who do not. Wouldn't you agree?
