It doesn't mean life's going in the direction we expected. It means we keep moving, one small, actionable step at a time in the right direction.
It's more than just wishing things were different. It's seeking harmony in every area of our lives.
It's asking for help when you need it.
It's offering support when you can.
It's learning to say NO to social patterns and creating new ones.
