Working with families for over 30 years has given me insight into some universal tendencies that we humans have.

Some of us have a tendency to let things build up and we procrastinate –
whether it’s BIGGER tasks like
🤦♀️yard work,
🤦♂️home projects or
😔maybe it's a demanding work-related endeavor.
or smaller everyday tasks that we avoid like
😉laundry,
😧a too-ambitious to-do-list or
🥱boring business task.
Others struggle more in the area of thought distortions.
These distortions are simple, yet highly effective fallacies that our mind tells us to discourage us, demean us, or keep us in a state of distress.
A friend of mine calls it STINKIN' THINKIN' .
Believe me, it's a REAL THING 😢.
These things can trigger the need for a Brain Dump.
We are all different and our struggles are unique, but using a strategy like a
