It's also fortunate that most humans have ways of set 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 that don't involve spitting!
Let’s chat about setting 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 for just a minute. It's an extremely important topic and is a notoriously difficult task for many of us.
Setting better personal (and professional) 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 is a form of self-care that few people truly embrace.
Having the courage to set boundaries can often mean the difference between a stressful day, business, experience, or relationship and an EMPOWERING one.
🙋♀️I'll admit it!
Setting healthy boundaries was not a skill set I developed early on in my career or in my personal life.
Instead, I often found myself stuck in the spiral of doom without a plan for how to R.I.S.E. above the gloom, negativity and cynicism.
Then, a few years ago, when I was at an all-time low, I knew I needed to tap into the strength I have through my faith and learn some better coping mechanisms for dealing with the chaos this earthly existence has to offer.
I know I am not alone here!
It seems that we can all benefit from setting goals and limits for how we are going to respond to life's uncertainties.
Boundaries enable us to stop practicing STRESS and start practicing PEACE.

Making positive change starts with allowing ourselves to EXPAND~ to break new ground. To make a plan for how we are going to respond to situations in life that have us spitting mad, on the fence or
ready to go down in flames.
Life is not a bed of roses, but we can learn to face adversity with courage, clarity and calm.
