similar topic in my private FB Community.
It's perfectly normal to experience emotions that feel overwhelming and 𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘.
any age.
any gender.
any walk of life.
The starting point for managing these feelings is to EXPECT them.
Know that your body and brain ARE going to react/respond in some way.
IT'S NORMAL.
Accepting that your BRAIN and BODY are going to be impacted in some way EVERYDAY can help you not 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
Learn to 🔑#PAUSE. 🔑#REFLECT. 🔑#RELEASE. 🔑#RECHARGE.
