1. Awareness~ realize that our thoughts are deeply engrained. They WILL come. Good, Bad, Indifferent.
2. Remain Neutral~ ditch the negative ones- anger, frustration, overwhelm and just observe. What is it that you need to learn
from this experience?
3. Breathe Deeply~ take that negativity and slowly expel it. Take several deep breathes...the feelings run deep.
4. Be Grateful~ these setbacks are there for you to GROW. They are happening FOR
you, not TO you. Better times are just around the corner.
