I'm a high-achiever and
have often dealt with thought distortions that kept me exhausted and frustrated:
"I don't have enough time for self-care and personal growth."
"If I take time for personal reflection and
growth, I will fall behind in my work."
"I need to constantly be 'on' and productive to be successful as a leader."
"I need to be perfect and have everything under control to be an effective
leader."
These false beliefs are limiting and prevent high-achievers from fully realizing their potential and achieving their personal and professional goals.
