A bit about the Mind Moments Membership:
MMM is a subscription-based program that focuses on promoting mindfulness, personal growth, and emotional
intelligence.
It aims to help individuals cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships with others.
Weekly strategy sessions within the Mind Moments Membership are targeted workshops or meetings that delve into specific topics, such as gratitude and responsible decision-making using the art of repetition and structed to provide members
with practical tools, techniques, and insights to incorporate these practices into their daily lives.
These sessions accommodate up to seven people~ small and cozy!
Additionally, the Mind Moments Membership provides ongoing support beyond the strategy sessions.
Members can access additional resources, such
as
- an online forum

to reinforce their learning and continue their personal
growth journey.

Repetition and Structure: We have weekly group strategy sessions and monthly group shared journaling experiences.

gets one 60-minute individual session per month-with me-for guided journaling on a topic of your choice.
Access: The MiND Moments Library allows members to listen to audio recordings of previous strategy sessions, by topic, and have quick access to the downloadable ACTION STEP resources that are introduced each week.
