Anna Manning hit the nail on the head 🔨. I shared her post on Linkedin the other day.
However, sometimes, we get caught between THEN and NOW.
I call it the "Personal Change Dilemma".
We've made a personal commitment to remain intentional with and open to life shifts, then we face times of uncertainty and we start to waiver again.
That's okay.
It's a step-by-step process.
One thing builds on another.
Each step we take in a new or different direction may feel a little uneasy or bring up feelings of fear, doubt, emptiness, and so on. That's a natural response to change.
Here are a few tips I can offer:
✔️Stay the course.
✔️Strive for consistency, but don't tear yourself
down if you find yourself off track or uncertain at times.
✔️Consider investing in a program or course that aligns with the expansion you want to make. This will help you take action, monitor your progress, and be accountable for what you desire to move forward.
✔️Find a support community where you can be yourself, share your perspectives, and grow together.
