During the 2021-2022 school year, you filled out a registration form indicating that your child would be attending private school for the first time in the 2022-2023 school year.

This form simply collected some basic information about your child so that you could start soliciting donations and receive communications from us. You still need to complete a scholarship application for the 22-23 school year.
