The Arizona Department of Revenue recently announced some changes to the tax credit program.
These changes may allow students attending an Arizona private school for the first time in the 21/21 school year, who could not previously be eligible for switcher and low-income corporate scholarships, to now be
able to receive them.
These rule changes only apply to your child if your child meets one of the following scenarios.
- 21/22 is your child’s first year in an Arizona private school and your child was homeschooled directly before enrolling in an Arizona Private school.
- 21/22 is your child’s first year in an Arizona private school and your child transferred directly from an out-of-state school or international school directly before enrolling in an Arizona private school for the 21/22 school year.
